Install Basic LTI for Blackboard
Digiexam uses LTI extension "Content-Item Selection" to fetch exams and the extension "Outcomes" for grade syncing. Since Blackboard does not support these extensions for LTI out-of-the-box, you first need to install the building block (plug-in) Basic LTI for Blackboard. This building block will add support for these features. Here is a step by step guide to install the building block:
1. Download the latest version package of Basic LTI for Blackboard from the download page (link).
2. Unzip the package
3. Login as administrator in Blackboard and go to -> System Admin -> Building Blocks -> Installed Tools (see figure 1-3)
