Remote Proctoring: Screen sharing issues on MacOS with M2 chip

If you are using Remote Proctoring services on a MacBook device with an M2 chip, please note that screen sharing is currently not functioning. 

Our team is looking into a solution to this issue, and in the meantime, we recommend using an alternative device for testing until the problem is resolved. You can read more about screen sharing issues for MacBooks with M2 chips in Apple’s discussion forum
