We have discovered a bug when submitting offline exams via USB on Chromebook, app version 1.0.111.
The issue causes some USB drives to display a message stating that the The directory is not on a removable USB drive.
This does not affect all USB drives.
We are working to resolve this.
Current workarounds in the meantime include:
- Using a different USB drive
- Reformatting the USB drive (FAT32, exFAT)
- Avoiding saving in subfolders on the USB drive
