Monitoring view on iPad or iPhone

If you use an iPad or iPhone when monitoring an exam you could get a problem to see the Lock or Unlock student. This happens if a student code and email address is long and the choices to Lock or Unlock the student is placed outside of the window.

 

Temporarily solution: If you don't see the choices to Lock or Unlock the student on your iPad/iPhone in the Monitoring view, try to log in via a computer.
