In this article, we will explain what you can see in your exam library and what all the tabs and buttons mean.

In the Exam Library tab, which you automatically end up with when you press Exam in the menu on the left (figure 1), you can see all exam templates that you have created. The exception is for exam templates that you have archived that end up in your archive. We will go through this further down.
The sort button gives us the option to sort exam templates and exam under all six tabs (Figures 3,4 and 5).
The search function is the same as the Sorting, under each separate tab (Scheduled, Ongoing, Ungraded, Graded and Published). The search function only searches in the tab you are under. Here you can search for specific titles, examIDs and topics to find the desired exam.
The Start button is used when you want to start an exam. When you press that button, a box will appear where you can choose whether you want to start the exam with examID or group and if you want to invite an invigilator to the exam.
The button next to the Start button is called Schedule (figure 7). There, you can choose to schedule an exam for a future occasion. When you press that button, a box will appear where you can choose whether you want to start the exam with a examID or group and if you want to invite an invigilator to the exam. It is also in this step that you enter the start date / time for the exam (figure 8).
The edit button can be pressed to get to the page where you can edit the exam template.
Under this tab you can see and manage scheduled exams. You can monitor the exam, download an offline file on the exam template itself, change scheduling, start earlier, archive the scheduled exam and even delete the scheduling. (figure 10)
When you press Monitor, you get to the usual monitoring view. (figure 11)
Under this tab you can see and monitor exams that are started and in progress.
Once you click on Monitor (figure 13), you will come to the Monitoring view. Here you can see all students who have entered the exam and if the students lose their network (figure 14). If you start the exam with a group instead of examID, you can also see absent students. The students' column changes colour depending on the status, which you can see the meaning of each colour on the right of the page (figure 15). In this view, you can also upload a student's offline response file if needed.

This view contains exams that have free text questions that the system cannot correct automatically.
Once you have completed an exam, the exam will end up here for you as a teacher to correct. To access the correction view (Figure 18), press the Grade button on the right in the column for that exam (figure 17). In the example we see in figure 18, we can see that the student has not managed to submit their exam and needs to use a USB memory to submit the exam. There are different options in this view as well (figure 19). If you press Monitor (figure 19), you will return to the usual monitoring view (figures 14 & 15). You can move an exam to a specific group afterwards. Here you can also download the offline file of the exam template itself and last but not least, Archive the exam.
When the exam is graded, it ends up under the Graded tab.
In this view, you have an overview of all exams that have been graded, but that have not been published (figure 21). To the right of the exam is the option Publish the results and next to it an arrow pointing down. Here you can return to the usual monitoring view, similar to the options under the Ungraded tab. You can move an exam to a specific group afterwards. Here you can also download the offline file of the exam template itself and last but not least, Archive the exam.
Once you decide to publish the results and press the Publish the results -button, you will come to the publishing view (figure 22). Feel free to look at our guide for the publishing view.
As shown in figures 22 and 24, the Published tab looks like this. Here you can now, after publishing the results, see the results by pressing View results. In that view (figure 25) you can see a list of all students who started the exam, the status of submission and also the exam results they received.
Last but not least, we have the Archive. The archive is a function and a tab where you have your exam templates and exams that you may no longer need. It's like deleting the exam but without it getting deleted, it only gets moved. In the archive, you can also Restore archived exams (figure 27).
