Today Monday, November 22, 2021 we experienced an outage between 11.04 and 13.28 CET.
This was caused by an operational process that was made erroneously. The DigiExam team immediately started reverting the error and successfully restored the application to an operational state. Our next steps are to make a full evaluation of the outage, and update the appropriate processes to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
