What can an Account Manager do?

An account manager at a school can administer student accounts, staff accounts, external tools, integrations, and remote proctoring. Each point below is linked to a guide, for more information about each point, click on the guide.

  • Administrate all accounts in the organization by inviting new teachers, administrators, and account managers. As well as revoking roles/users. Guide.

  • Administrate student accounts in the organization by creating new student accounts and deleting empty accounts. Guide.

  • Administrate external tools. Guide.

  • Administrate integrations such as SAML and LTI. Guide.

  • Administrate settings for the service Remote proctoring. Guide.

 



Change the school's/organization's profile and/or cover photo

To change your school's/organization's profile picture and/or cover photo, go to the tab "Edit information":

  • Profile picture: Click on the button Change to open the file manager on your operating system where you can choose a picture (figure 1).
  • Cover Photo: Click on the button Change cover to open the file manager on your operating system where you can choose a picture (figure 1).
